REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS

Thanksgiving Reheating Instructions
Unless specified, all reheating instructions are for full-sized pans.
If you’re heating a half pan, reheat for half of the time recommended below.
Stuffed Turkey Breast
(2 and 4 Person Serving, Plain or Bacon)**
Ingredients: turkey, cornbread, pumpkin seeds, cranberries, parsley, onion, garlic, celery, carrots, herbs.
Reheating Instructions:
**Please thaw in the fridge overnight the day prior to eating**
Never put aluminum containers into the microwave
THAWED: Place into 350 degree oven covered for 20 minutes. Uncover and continue to heat for10 minutes or until warmed through.
Sausage Balls
(one and two dozen)
Ingredients: breakfast sausage, flour, baking powder, salt, cheddar cheese, milk
Reheating Instructions:
Never put aluminum containers into the microwave
FROZEN: Place into 350 degree oven covered for 15 minutes.
THAWED: Place into 350 degree oven covered for 10 minutes.
Pro tip: to microwave, cover in a paper towel and heat for 2 minutes.
Turkey Gravy**
Ingredients: turkey stock, flour, butter, herbs
Reheating Instructions:
**Please thaw in the fridge overnight the day prior to eating.**
THAWED: Thaw in the fridge overnight or let sit on the counter for a couple of hours. Scoop contents of the container into a small saucepan. Keep the pan on medium-low heat while constantly stirring. Keep an eye on it so the bottom does not burn in the pan. If you want it to be thinner you can always add milk.
Cheese Grits
Ingredients: gouda, cheddar, local grits, milk, butter, garlic
Reheating Instructions:
Never put aluminum containers into the microwave
FROZEN: Place into 375 degree oven covered for 30 minutes. Uncover after 30 minutes and continue to heat for 15 minutes or until warmed through and bubbly on top.
THAWED: Place into 375 degree oven covered for 20 minutes. Uncover and continue heating for 15 minutes.
Not Gma’s Green Bean Casserole
Ingredients: green beans, homemade cream of mushroom, mushrooms, flour, butter, milk, herbs, fried onions
Reheating Instructions:
Never put aluminum containers into the microwave
FROZEN: Place into 375 degree oven covered for 30 minutes. Uncover and add topping then continue to heat for 10-15 minutes.
THAWED: Place into 375 degree oven covered for 20 minutes. Uncover, add topping, then continue heating for 5-10 minutes
Sausage Brioche Breakfast Bake
Ingredients: kale, sausage, cheddar cheese, brioche bread, milk, herbs, spices
Reheating Instructions:

FROZEN: Place into 375 degree oven covered for 30 minutes. Uncover and continue to heat for 10-15 minutes or until warmed through.
THAWED: Place into 375 degree oven covered for 20 minutes. Uncover and continue heating for 10-15 minutes.
Sweet Potato Casserole
Ingredients: sweet potatoes, butter, brown sugar, egg, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, pecans, flour
Reheating Instructions:
Never put aluminum containers into the microwave
FROZEN: Place into 375 degree oven covered for 30 minutes. Uncover and continue to heat for 15 minutes or until marshmallows are browned to your preference.
THAWED: Place into 375 degree oven covered for 20 minutes. Uncover, add topping, then continue heating for 15 minutes
Mac N Cheese
Ingredients: cheddar, parmesan, gouda, milk, flour, butter, macaroni noodles
Reheating Instructions:
Never put aluminum containers into the microwave
FROZEN: Place into 375 degree oven covered for 30 minutes. Uncover and continue to heat for 15 minutes or until warmed through and cheese is bubbly on top.
THAWED: Place into 375 degree oven covered for 20 minutes. Uncover and continue heating for 10-15 minutes
Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients: Potatoes, milk, cream, butter, salt, pepper, herbs
Reheating Instructions:
Never put aluminum containers into the microwave
FROZEN: Place into 375 degree oven covered for 30 minutes. Uncover after 30 minutes, add topping, then continue to heat for 15 minutes.
THAWED: Place into 375 degree oven covered for 20 minutes. Uncover, add topping, then continue heating for 15 minutes
Corn Casserole
Ingredients: Corn, cornbread milk, sour cream, butter, salt, pepper, cheddar cheese
Reheating Instructions:

FROZEN: Place into 375 degree oven covered for 30 minutes. Uncover after 30 minutes, add topping, then continue to heat for 15 minutes.

(Vegetable and Sausage)
Ingredients: (vegetable) corn bread, veggie stock, collard greens, carrot, celery, onion, garlic, mushrooms, herbs; (sausage) cornbread, chicken stock, sausage, milk, carrot, celery, onion, garlic, collard greens, herbs
Reheating Instructions:

FROZEN: Place into 375 degree oven covered for 30 minutes. Uncover after 30 minutes and continue to heat for 15 minutes or until warmed through.
