REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS

Holiday Reheating Instructions

Unless specified, all reheating instructions are for full-sized pans.

If you’re heating a half pan, reheat for half of the time recommended below.

Small sizes serve 2-4 people & large sizes serve 5-8 people

Lasagnas

FROZEN: Place into 400 degree oven covered for 45-55 minutes. Uncover and cook an additional 10-15 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.

THAWED: Place into 400 degree oven covered for 35-45 minutes. Uncover and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.

Cheese Lasagna: mozzarella, ricotta, parmesan, garlic, spices, marinara, and lasagna noodles

Gluten-Free Friendly Cheese Lasagna: mozzarella, ricotta, parmesan, garlic, spices, marinara, and gluten-free lasagna noodles

Meat Lasagna: beef, pork, mozzarella, ricotta, parmesan, garlic, spices, marinara, and lasagna noodles

Gluten-Free Friendly Meat Lasagna: beef, pork, mozzarella, ricotta, parmesan, garlic, spices, marinara, and gluten-free lasagna noodles

Spinach Artichoke Lasagna: spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, parmesan, lasagna noodles, garlic, and ricotta

Gluten-Free Friendly Spinach Artichoke Lasagna: spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, parmesan, gluten-free lasagna noodles, and ricotta


Breakfast Bakes

FROZEN: Place into 350 degree oven covered for 45-55 minutes. Uncover and continue to heat for 10-15 minutes or until warmed through.

THAWED: Place into 350 degree oven covered for 25-35 minutes. Uncover and continue heating for 10-15 minutes.

Sausage Brioche Breakfast Bake: mild & spicy sausage, eggs, cheddar cheese, milk, brioche bread, and kale

French Toast Breakfast Bake: eggs, milk, cinnamon, brioche bread

Ham Croissant Breakfast Bake: ham, croissant, egg, milk, gruyere cheese, parsley

Hashbrown Casserole

FROZEN: Place into 350 degree oven covered for 50 minutes. Uncover and add topping, continue to heat for 10-15 minutes or until warmed through.

THAWED: Place into 350 degree oven covered for 35-40 minutes. Uncover and add topping, continue to heat for 10-15 minutes or until warmed through.

Hashbrown Casserole: hashbrown potatoes, cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, sour cream, cheddar, green onion, white onion, butter, parsley, salt pepper, paprika, garlic powder


Sausage Balls & Gluten-Free Sausage Balls

(one and two dozen)

Never put aluminum containers into the microwave

FROZEN: Place into 350 degree oven covered for 15 minutes. 

THAWED: Place into 350 degree oven covered for 10 minutes.

Pro tip: to microwave, cover in a paper towel and heat for 2 minutes.

Sausage Balls: Bisquick, mild & spicy sausage, cheddar, milk, and herbs

GF Sausage Balls: Gluten-free Bisquick, mild & spicy sausage, cheddar, milk, and herbs

Cheese Grits

FROZEN: Place into 375 degree oven covered for 30 minutes. Uncover after 30 minutes and continue to heat for 15 minutes or until warmed through and bubbly on top.

THAWED: Place into 375 degree oven covered for 20 minutes. Uncover and continue heating for 15 minutes.

Cheese Grits: gluten-free grits, whole milk, salt, garlic, pepper, cheddar cheese, and gruyere cheese

Sweet Potato Casserole

FROZEN: Place into 375 degree oven covered for 30 minutes. Uncover and continue to heat for 15 minutes or until marshmallows are browned to your preference.

THAWED: Place into 375 degree oven covered for 20 minutes. Uncover, add topping, then continue heating for 15 minutes

Sweet Potato Casserole: sweet potatoes, butter, brown sugar, egg, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, pecans, and flour

Mac n Cheese

FROZEN: Place into 375 degree oven covered for 30 minutes. Uncover and continue to heat for 15 minutes or until warmed through and the cheese is bubbly on top.

THAWED: Place into 375 degree oven covered for 20 minutes. Uncover and continue heating for 10-15 minutes

Mac n Cheese: cheddar, parmesan, gouda, milk, flour, butter, and macaroni noodles

Mashed Potatoes

FROZEN: Place into 375 degree oven covered for 30 minutes. Uncover, add topping, then continue to heat for 15 minutes.

THAWED: Place into 375 degree oven covered for 20 minutes. Uncover, add topping, then continue heating for 15 minutes.

Mashed Potatoes: potatoes, milk, cream, butter, salt, pepper, herbs

Sausage Dressing

FROZEN: Place into 375 degree oven covered for 30 minutes. Uncover after 30 minutes and continue to heat for 15 minutes or until warmed through.

THAWED: Place into 375 degree oven covered for 20 minutes. Uncover and continue heating for 15 minutes

Sausage Dressing: cornbread, chicken stock, sausage, milk, carrot, celery, onion, garlic, collard greens, and herbs
